The Belgian international has returned from Inter Milan for around £98 million and has scored four goals in nine appearances in all competitions this season.
Lukaku revealed to UEFA’s official website that he doesn’t like playing as a central striker as many have understood. and believe that they can do more than that
“The way I make the game I’m a big man So everyone thinks that I like playing as a target striker. Just hold the ball and try to score goals. But I’ve never played like that. And I hate playing like that.”
“My strength is I will be able to inflict danger if I face the door. Because I rarely choose to make a mistake. After passing the ball to a friend I knew where I had to go in the penalty area. I can do almost anything. Some games if I knew there was a lot of empty space in the defenders. I will play another game.”
“That’s why I’m so effective in front of the door. Because I can pretty much do everything,” Lukaku said.
